Pamela Sue Coffman, age 60, of Corsicana passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 in a tragic automobile accident. She was born on November 22, 1959 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Carol and Jack Coffman.

A free spirit, Pam received her wings and rose to heaven on the last beams of light on 2019. Pamela Sue Coffman will be ever so endeared as a loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. We will always cherish her smile that was our family’s beacon for traditions.

Pamela was preceded in death by her mother.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Weldon Curtis Cooper, Jr. her children; Susan Stallworth of Addison, Texas, Justin Garcia and wife Laura, and three grandchildren Kaden, Alysa, and Damen. She is also survived by her father, Jack Coffman; her brother, Brian Coffman.

The family prayers go out for all to celebrate her life and know that “the LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves these who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18)”.

Dear Mrs. Pam,

Thank you so much for being a Mother to me. I truly thank God for the times that we shared, all the laughs, we would laugh until we cried at times. I'm going to miss you falling asleep next to me at work, snoring lol. I'm so glad that I was able to share many memorable moments with you. You are irreplaceable, your spirit was and is unmatched. You've helped me get through many tough times and hard days so I know that you will continue to do the same. I love you so much and I'm going to miss you FOREVER! Love, your child, as you would say...

To the family,

My deepest condolences are with you all. I'm praying for you all's strength and peace.

As I set here and try to find the right words, with tears in my eyes and a smile in my heart, it's so hard to put into words how we all felt about Pam. Her infectious smile, her contagious laugh and the beam she always had in her eyes, especially talking about going to spend time with her kids and grandkids. I will miss her tremendously and forever be heartbroken, but my heart smiles because I was blessed knowing and working with her. So like she said Tuesday with a huge smile and a hug I will never forget, see ya on the next one woman,
Keep those big ole boots on so I can find ya, and,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,"then there's that"!

To the family: May the comfort from family and friends strengthen you during this difficult time, and may you find comfort in the words found in the Holy Scriptures: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."
