Condolence From: Barbara and Skip
Condolence: Betty and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Ralph was a good man and we're so glad to have known him. He was affectionately called "The Mayor" by Skip. He was such a 'fixture' in our neighborhood....we could count on him and even set our watch by his timely morning walks! He was always there to lend a hand and be us vegetables from his garden and extra fish he had caught. We remember him bringing his saw to help trim the trees on the vacant lot by our house....he was so meticulous and orderly. Please let us know if you need anything. Sincerely, Barbara and Skip. p.s. Love the photo of Ralph and Ryan!

Condolence From: Steve Floyd
Condolence: My condolences to Mrs. Iverson and the family. Mr. Iverson lived a long time. Sometimes we wonder why we all end up dying, some of us getting old. In an ancient book of wisdom, the Bible, is a true answer to this question. In the book of Genesis, chapter 3, verses 1-20 is the account of the first people created, Adam and Eve. They were given a commandment by God not to eat of a certain tree. If they did, they would die. They disobeyed God, lost their home and eventually died. They lost their right to live forever. Thus they could not pass on everlasting life to their progeny. Romans chapter 5, verse 12 says it best: "...just as through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because they had all sinned." So, this is why we all get old and die. 0ur creator, though, has made arrangements to undo death. In Revelation 21:4 He says that death, sorrow, pain and tears will be done away with. So after that time, no one will die, but live forever. Will Mr.Iverson be brought back to life to be there, and will all of you be there to welcome him back? These and other questions are answered at I hope this helps a little, Steve.
