Johnny Ray Pattison, age 73, of Emhouse passed away at his residence on Friday, March 02, 2018 with his family by his side. He was born on May 20, 1944 in Corsicana, Texas.
He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a real man’s man. He could operate any type of machinery, from a backhoe, to a bulldozer and operating any type of equipment. He could fabricate anything. He loved hunting and fishing with his family and friends. Johnny worked for over 20 years for Texas Industries and after that he worked for Navarro County in the maintenance department. He could fix anything.
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of almost 20 years, Kattie, his children and his grandchildren and his special four legged family member, Pipper.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Corley Funeral Home with funeral services following at 2:00 with Rev. Randal Whitt officiating. Interment will follow in the Pattison Cemetery in Emhouse, Texas. Serving as pallbearers will be Cecil Ellis, Jackie Don McDaniels, Mac McGraw, Dean Harrington, Tommy Montgomery and Joe Kirk.
